Warranty Description:


The following conditions are within the scope of warranty and can be repaired free of charge:


The warranty period of the machine is 12 months, and the warranty period of the power adapter and computer data cable is 12 months.

During the warranty period, non-artificial damage, free maintenance.

The warranty coverage refers to the problem of the product under normal use. Note: Appearance problems are not covered by the warranty.




If the maintenance service is required to be provided in the following cases outside the scope of warranty, the material and service fee may be charged as appropriate:

Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during replacement or repair.

Any modification, disassembly and repair without the authorization.

Product damage caused by accidental factors or human behavior. Such as: liquid entry, drop damage, input inappropriate voltage, excessive extrusion, motherboard deformation, etc. For the power adapter, if there are obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken feet, severe deformation, broken wires, broken wires, bare cores, etc.

Product failure or damage caused by installation, use, maintenance and storage not in accordance with the instructions.

The warranty certificate does not match the product model or the warranty certificate has been altered.

Product nameplates, SN barcodes, and tamper-evident labels have been torn off or damaged, making them blurry and unrecognizable.

The warranty period has expired.

Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors (such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).

Before sending it for repair, please back up your personal data in advance. The maintenance process may cause the loss of your personal data. Lingchuang Intelligent will protect your personal privacy, but will not be responsible for the damage or loss of personal data during the maintenance process.


When sending for repair, the product must be professionally inspected by Lingchuang Intelligent Authorized Service Center. After confirming the fault, the service center will determine the corresponding repair plan. For inspection-free products, they will be returned as-is.


If the product does not meet the warranty conditions and needs to be charged, the Lingchuang Intelligent Authorized Service Center will charge the consumer for the maintenance fee.
